What hours do you offer cleans between?

Yes. Our commercial teams work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so cleans can be scheduled around your trading hours rather than through them. If your requirements change or you need a visit moved, tell us and we’ll adjust.

Are your staff background-checked?

Yes, all our employees and contractors must obtain national police certificates (NPCs) before being engaged by us.

An NPC lists all disclosable court outcomes a person has received in Australia. Our school cleaners are also required to hold valid blue cards (Working With Children Checks).

Will we have the same cleaning team for the duration of our contract?

We do our best to assign the same cleaners to the same premises each time. The better our staff know your building, the more easily they can navigate problem spots and deliver high-quality cleans. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, your scope of work is already recorded in our system – so whoever covers the visit arrives briefed on exactly what your premises need.

Do you offer one-off or urgent cleans?

Normally, we don’t. If your current cleaner isn’t available, though, you’re welcome to call us and ask.
